Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
2. Refund Requests
As our Service provides immediate access to digital features, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you believe there has been a technical error or billing mistake, please contact hello@avobill.com within 7 days of the charge.
3. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
4. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Razorpay) within 5-10 business days.
